Patrick McBride

Patrick is responsible for the company financial management and supports the partner development and strategic direction of Serving Again. With more than 30 years of expertise in the commercial construction and elevator industry – both with large companies and his own company – Patrick brings invaluable experience and business acumen to everyday business.

Patrick was most recently self-employed and at Servset Elevator, Inc where he revolutionizing the elevator industry using prefabricated elevators. 

Aside from Patrick’s constant heart to serve, he can be found riding recreational vehicles, photographing sports events and planning the next adventure. He and Tina share four children and their first grandson!

I bring more than 10 years of experience in relationship management to Serving Again. My focus is providing exemplary customer services practices to every interaction. My strong attention to detail supports the clerical and data entry processes of this acquisition role. 

Great customer service flows from assisting customers in decision making, answering call and inquiries in a timely manner, and strong communication in following up with order status and delivery information. 

Whether it is back office or customer facing, I give 110% to ensure the customer needs are met and exceeded every time.

Angie brings several years of office administrative work in various capacities as well as customer service experience to Serving Again Inc. I am highly organized, able to multitask with an emphasis on networking, problem solving and exceptional customer service skills. As VP of Operations for Serving Again Inc. I look forward to giving back to our community by teaching and serving others.

On the weekends I can be found sipping coffee in the sunshine, working in the yard, playing with my dogs or doing a deep dive into learning something new. My father served in the Army, my daughter and her husband serve in the Navy while my son served in the Marines. They have blessed me with 4 amazing grandchildren!

Laura G. Hall

Laura manages marketing and operations for Serving Again. As an enthusiastic change agent with years of experience helping people and organizations change and thrive, her drive and skill set keeps this growing company moving forward artfully. Laura is skilled at positively influencing business process change, analyzing cultural and educational challenges and closing gaps to solve problems and encourage adoption. She has a proven history of engendering trust and respect in professional partnerships with business partners, subject matter experts, employees and vendors. 

Laura spent five years in the healthcare industry with Aetna and Coventry Health Care, and was most recently an Instructional Developer at Primeritus Financial. Laura and her husband share four grown daughters and she loves fashion and the great outdoors. You’ll find her outdoors running, hiking, skiing and flyfish in her spare time.
